Greetings Sorors!

Are you inactive, but longing to return to the sisterhood of the royal blue and white? If you answered yes, it’s time to come home to Zeta. You can reclaim at any time of the year, but the period between our celebration of Founders’ Day, on January 16, and the end of Finer Womanhood Month, on March 31, is time we set aside each year to welcome our sorors home.
 

 

Steps to Reclamation

1. If you live in or near Fairfield County, CT and want to reclaim with Alpha Alpha Rho Zeta Chapter, you can begin your reclamation process by emailing First Vice President Shirley Napol at [email protected]. If you need help locating a chapter in your area,  contact the International Reclamation Committee at [email protected].
2. You will also need to obtain the Chapter Certification of Membership and Good Standing card from your previous chapter, or complete the Notarized Self Certification of Membership and Good Standing and obtain a verification letter from the Regional Director of the region where you were last active.
3. Alpha Alpha Rho Zeta Chapter (or another chapter of your choice) will provide the link to the reclamation portal where you may submit your information for verification and approval.
4. Once you have received approval from International Headquarters, you will receive a link to pay international, regional, and state (if applicable) dues in the Member Services Portal.
5. You will pay local dues to Alpha Alpha Rho Zeta Chapter (or another chapter of your choice).
6. If you are a Member-at-Large, and have been inactive for two or more years and want to reactivate, contact our International Graduate Member at Large Alexis Smith at [email protected].

Once you have paid all of your dues on the chapter, state (if applicable), regional, and international levels, you will be fully reclaimed and active!
