In honor of our five founding members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and in celebration of our 2020 Centennial year, Zeta Phi Beta committed to awarding $100,000+ individual scholarships to five students over five consecutive years. These first-of-their kind scholarships by a Black sorority or fraternity are awarded through Z-NEF, the Zeta National Education Foundation.

2020 Centennial Scholarship Recipient
In 2020, Zeta awarded the $100,000 the Triumphant Founder Arizona Cleaver Stemons scholarship to Cayla D. Withers, a graduate of A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Cayla majors in Aeronautics/Astronautics at Stanford University.


2021 Centennial Scholarship Recipient
In 2021, Zeta awarded Janae Smith-Williams the $125,000 Triumphant Founder Pearl Anna Neal Centennial Scholarship. Janae graduated from Howard High School of Technology in Wilmington, Delaware and majors in psychology at Macalester College in Minnesota.
2022 Centennial Scholarship Recipient
In 2022, Zeta awarded Skyler Jeanaè Evans, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the $125,000 Triumphant Founder Myrtle Tyler Faithful Scholarship. Skyler attends the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa where she majors in political science.


2023 Centennial Scholarship Recipient
In 2023, Zeta awarded Jada Denise Barnes, of La Quinta, California, the $125,000 Triumphant Founder Viola Tyler Goings Scholarship. Jada attends Howard University in Washington, D.C. where she majors in pediatric nursing with plans to attend medical school.
